LOOP

PRODUCT DESIGN ‘22 - 23

LOOP is a baby gear rental company that is revolutionizing how we think of shopping for baby items. The company provides members with like-new or gently used toys and gear that they can swap out whenever their little one outgrows an item.  As the lead (and sole) Product Designer at the company, I helped LOOP to increase rental conversion rates by redesigning the entire shopping funnel experience. I also lead a brand refresh that was completed with the intention of bringing a more playful spirit to our storefront - one that was more reminiscent of the wonderful chaos of early childhood. We achieved this through an updated color palette, new iconography, subtle movement, interactive elements, and photography. Link to the LOOP Baby website.

Curbee

PRODUCT DESIGN ‘23 - 24

Curbee is the fastest growing mobile service technology platform for dealerships, redefining how automotive service is delivered and experienced. I was hired to convert their existing mobile service technology experience into a white label SaaS platform that can be used by dealerships all across the country. Working directly with their head of product and CEO, my work encompassed redesigns of the Curbee Dealership Portal, the ‘Crew’ service technician mobile app, and the consumer-facing booking flow. I also lead the redesign on the consumer-facing Curbee website.

Curbee successfully raised a Series B round of funding shortly after launch, read about it here.

EV Charging App

PRODUCT DESIGN ‘22 - 23

This electric vehicle charging platform (name tbd) is a native app designed to eliminate charge anxiety for EV owners. I joined the incubator team to lead the initial user experience and product design. My goal throughout was to create a native app that would improve the digital charging experience for EV owners. This innovative platform is designed to direct drivers to the best nearby chargers, provides a detailed list of amenities at stations, and delivers clear data on charge times and costs. I worked on user research, preliminary low fidelity wires, high fidelity clickable prototyping, and the investor pitch deck strategy and design.

YUREKA

PRODUCT DESIGN ‘22

Yureka is a web tool that helps Shoppers make high intent purchase decisions - think washing machines, strollers, and more. Once installed in their Chrome browser, Shoppers can bookmark items and save them to shared or private Collections. The tool then notifies Shoppers if there are any pricing changes and allows them to share notes with shopping partners in shared collections. When I was a contractor at DVx, I was the lead designer during the incubator stage of Yureka. I worked on preliminary low fidelity wires, conducted user testing, designed high fidelity prototypes, and assisted with development hand off and the QA process for our Alpha product. The application still maintains a 4.9 Apple app store rating. Link to Beautycounter website and link to Beautycounter App in the Apple Appstore.
