As a design leader, founder, and creative director, I've reviewed portfolios, mentored designers, partnered with founders, and helped shape creative organizations across venture-backed startups and consumer brands. Through that work, I've developed a deep appreciation for the combination of craft, curiosity, communication, and collaboration that defines great creative talent.
